The HBV nucleic acid digital PCR detection kit is designed based on droplet digital PCR technology and TaqMan fluorescent probe technology to specifically detect the Hepatitis B virus (HBV).
1. Sample types: whole blood or serum.
2. Analytical Sensitivity (LOD): The detection limitation of this kit is 200copies/mL.
3. Analytical Specificity (Cross-reactivity): The kit has no cross-reactivity with other common virus like Hepatitis B virus, Hepatitis C virus, Human Cytomegalovirus or Enterovirus type 71.
4. Accuracy: The detection rates are 100%.
5. Precision: Precision of the kit was established using in-house reference panels containing negative specimens and positive specimens. The coefficient of variation (CV, %) of the logarithm of copy numbers has been no more than 5%.
