This kit is designed based on droplet digital PCR technology and TaqMan fluorescent probe technology to specifically detect Mycoplasma pneumoniae nucleic acid.
1. Sample types: Upper respiratory specimens (including pharyngeal swabs, nasal swabs, nasopharyngeal aspirates, etc.); lower respiratory specimens (including deep cough sputum, airway aspirates, bronchial lavage, alveolar lavage, lung tissue biopsy specimens). Blood specimens, serum specimens, tissue cultures samples.
2. Analytical Specificity (Cross-reactivity): testing on 200 ng of wild-type nucleic acid samples, the test result is negative; no cross-reactivity with nonmycoplasma pneumoniae
3. Accuracy: accuracy of the kit was established by testing internal positive references and negative references, the detection rates are 100%.
4 Precision: precision of the kit was established by performing precision references for 10 repeats, all results were positive, and the coefficient of variation (CV, %) of the logarithm of copy numbers has been no more than 5%.
